I went there for service, but they did not print or provide me with the service sticker. I was also not given a receipt. Additionally, I requested a tire rotation, which was not performed. This is now my second negative experience. Many of the technicians appear to be very unprofessional and inattentive.

Valvoline on Grafton St in Worcester is a very deceitful place. They offer three different types of oil ranging from $59 to over $100. I chose the most expensive one; however, there is no proof that they put that one in- you can’t watch them. They tried selling things that were not part of an oil change. When the sticker came, they only put 3000 for the next oil change due. According to the oil that I asked for, it should have been 7500-8000 miles. The guy said that the computer only allows 3000 miles. I’m sure they put in the $59 oil but charged me for the one that’s over $100. If they put the higher oil in, the computer should have allowed the higher mileage. Will never go back there again. I’ll stick to the small garages that are honest. Would not recommend anyone going there!

Nice guys, professionals, and I have known them for a long time. They sometimes Work sometimes takes longer, but the job is being done right.
