Stopped in this morning after starting my car and it making a weird noise no heat and the engine temp going straight to high. I pulled into valvoline and Pete- a new face here (previously from the tatnuck location ) immediately put me at ease. He had me pop my hood. Explained there was probably a bubble since I’d recently had a flush done at another place and he refilled my coolant and got rid of the bubble. He assured me it’s common and if it happens again to just come on back. I immediately felt safer and truly appreciate their kindness and clarity and speedy repair to get me back on the road for the rest of my holiday errands and travel. 🙏

Amazing service! I went to get a simple oil change and I asked the wonderful tech Marcus if he maybe knew why the fan to my heater/ac was rattling and my mind was blown when he said maybe acorns (my last trip to Valvovline they had found a ton of acorns in my cabin air filter)
He was able to grab most of them out of the fan for me. I am so so grateful to Marcus because with it being colder and not being able to fully turn on my heat, it was starting to drive me NUTS! Pun intended.
Highly recommend!
