I’ve been a return customer to Lincoln St Valvoline for over 2 years now. My car is a 2006 with countless amounts of money put into it. A car with nearly 220k miles on it; Having owned my car for 6 years and buying it for 3 grand; I think I can use my own good judgment on what I can afford to repair and which ones are priority. I have a regular mechanic and very much appreciate the quick service oil changes as opposed to dropping off my car at my garage for a whole day. That being said, Most of the times I’ve gone I have been greeted by a very polite person. Loved her mutual respect for me as a customer. In the past I’ve heard another employee make comments on my car situation and how it needs some “love”… Today I was greeted by this individual, eyebrow piercing If I’m correct… Although I appreciate said persons recommendations on my transmission fluid replacement, I politely declined and explained that I could not be able to afford it. Some looks were given in between employees, and judgment was surely passed on my decisions. This man continued to say very loudly ‘He doesn’t care’. Having no knowledge of a cars maintenance background, certainly leaves you in no position to criticize and disrespect a customer like what happened to me today. If I didn’t feel so powerless in this scenario I would have cancelled my service and drove out of there. But without knowing if the service had already been started, I remained silent, Paid for my service and left with no comments. Thanks for the disrespect dude, But because of your crap attitude, I won’t be returning to this location. xoxo
