They did not have the transmission fluid my car needed to do the flush, but offered me a discount for waiting until the manager got it from the supply store. Once the fluid was on the premises I was made aware every step of the way what was happening. They were professional got the job done. The service and the discount made it worth the wait. They talked me into replacing my back wiper telling me they only had luxury wipers and so I said yes because he told me my wiper was missing so as he is removing it he is using a drill in which I thought was weird then after about 20 minutes fighting with it to remove it he finally claimed they didn’t have one that fit my particular vehicle so believing he wouldn’t lie I went on my way I go to the Jeep dealership and they tell me the wiper is broken and cost several hundred dollars to fix a simple wiper changed turned into a huge cosmetic fix I think that is nasty business but I shouldn’t have let the kid work on my vehicle to begin with he looked like he was unsure of everything he said couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t know how to reset my oil change light this was my first and last time using this company I called several times and no one answered or returned my call it’s despicable

Came for top off service. A young lady helped me and told me I had to pay $11.65. I told her I’ve never paid for this service and it is recommended by your company that I come to top off for free. She was rude and dismissive and insisted. She walked away to ask another worker and never returned. I watched her in my mirror and she just kept talking and looking at me. The whole time I’m sitting there no explanation or anything. I didn’t matter at all. After I started to hold my hands up as to say what’s next. The gentleman motioned me out of the bay. No one ever said a word. I go from having to pay. The lady walking away with all of my info on the screen, to being directed out of the bay. Not a-thanks come again or have a good day. Just staring. Never again. And I will advise to all others that I have referred to use valvoline -to stop. Always something wrong at this location.
