Very unhappy with the service, or lack thereof. We were assigned a bay, then ended up waiting 45 minutes before leaving. Five cars who arrived later than us were brought into different bsys and had their oil changed. We did have one person come out at the 20 minute mark to say it would be a couple of minutes. Hubs went to the door to bring it to their attention and only received rude responses from the manager. They should have moved us to wait in another bay instead of allowing the later arrivals. Never going to this station again.
