Techs accidentally sprayed new engine oil all over the engine compartment, hood liner, and front fenders. They didn't clean anything until I got out of the car, inspected the mess and asked them to clean it up. They claimed they didn't have a water faucet but got a bottle of drinking water and a rag. Needless to say they didn't do a good job. The next day I called the manager and he asked me to come back and they would clean up the mess. I was skeptical because the techs who made the mess had little interest and no knowledge of how to clean up oil, not realizing oil & water do not mix. I ended up spending 2 hours of my time to wash the oil off of the exterior and cleaning under the hood. I returned and the manager offered me 20% off my next oil change. 20% off doesn't begin to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. I found some more oil that I need to clean. Accidents and mistakes happen. It is what you do about them that makes you or breaks you. These guys failed.

Very friendly staff. Previous staff at this location did not make me feel comfortable coming here (one was not very friendly towards females, and another made fun of my oil filter -showed it to the camera and laughed with coworkers about it- after i had fallen on extremely hard times and couldnt afford an oil change for some time. This made me feel so small and so embarassed), though I decided to give this location one more try, and I was very satisfied. The staff that made me feel uncomfortable were no longer there, and instead I was greeted with very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Will be returning!
