I asked when I first arrived to receive windshield wiper fluid and air in my tires. The tech told me they would take care of all of those things during my visit. I left and when I checked my fluids they had not been filled up and tires were not aired. I came back and had to wait just to be told they ran out of wiper fluid which should have been communicated in the first place. I don’t even trust the service here anymore. I don’t feel like I received what I paid for and possibly may not be even getting a proper oil change. I am done with Valvoline
