I always come to this valvoline for oil changes and minor items. I asked to have the cabin filter change and if they could do it. The technicians did not know how to change on my 2012 Cadillac SRX. The technician told me he would have to look it up on the internet because Cadillacs were a little difficult to do without taking out the whole glove compartment. I told the technician that was ok, I'd take it else where to have changed. All other services were great and courteous.
