Eric was a consumate professional. He worked with me to get the services I wanted at the right price. If I opened my own valvoline id poach him to run my store. Great customer service and im happy with how my car is running. I will be here for all my fluid maintenance moving forward. I had an oil change, transmission service and a tire rotation. I knew he was doing his job trying to get me to purchase services but i never felt like it was a frivolous upsell. Exactly how it should be. I left feeling like i got good service while taking care of my car. Id highly recommend this location.

Used to be my favorite oil change place. This time I came in during a shift change and received almost no communication. Also, they don't drain oil anymore and the tech with the evacuation pump was flinging oil around, some of which got on my windshield. Over filled my tire by 8 PSI before I told them to stop. 7 or 8 techs carrying on and having a good time throughout.

The wait was long BUT the communication as was good. Great service overall. Also, a young lady name Harley was very friendly, upbeat, and had great customer service while working with 2 different customers at the same time.
