Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jaden M. At Ordinance Rd location is the Icon of what great customer service is. The oil change went great. However about 3 days after the oil change it my sons first drive on the highway since the oil change. He was going to his baseball game, he noticed smoke and burning oil smell coming from all around his car. He pulled over immediately and we contacted Valvoline about the issue. Customer Support was awesome and the got us in contact with Jayden M from Ordinance Rd. We had to have the car towed and the ETA back to Valvoline was about 2 hours after the store closed. Jayen offered to stay and wait for the tow truck to arrive so that he could get the keys for us. This alone was wonderful in its self but I insisted that I could me the tow truck driver and get the keys then come back in the morning. Fast Forward, when Valvoline opened up this morning I got to meet Jayden in person and he was even more helpful. He offered to take photos and video for my record before they check to see what the issue was. While it was great news for Jayden and Valvoline that it seems that the issue was completely seperste from the oil change and if fact looks like a drive shaft gasket blew or something. Jayden took video of it on my phone and narrated through the findings explaining what he discovered. While im not happy with my car I am happy with Valvoline and Jayden which is why I will definitely continue to use them for future services. Thank you Valvoline team and give Jayden a raise.
