Performed an a/c check up for my car. Claimed there was a leak in the system. Left my car with no freon whatsoever. Came by the next day to talk to the manager. She claimed there was no Freon vacated from the vehicle when the technician told me that they performed a vacuum test to check the lines. The manager told me he performed the wrong test on my car. She supposedly sent a link to my email to receive a refund for the service. I still have not received that link yet. When to AutoZone and bought an a/c recharge kit with digital readout. Turns out I didnu2019t have any Freon in my a/c system myself. Did the recharge myself. Will not be utilizing the Valvoline services from that location ever again.

The staff were very thorough in their explanation of what my car needed. My car did not have an cabin air filter, I did not know what that was. The agent explained what it was and installed one. Also, the young lady said to bring my car back for a minor fix once I have the part. I highly recommend their service.
