I've gone to Valvoline for years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The service is fast. I feel like I can trust them to do things correctly. And even if they're not done correctly, they fix it. Once, when I went in for a lightbulb change, they were so speedy that the guy in the pit had already emptied my fresh oil in preparation for adding more. I didn't need more, they had recently changed it, so my bulb was changed and I left. Got a block away and saw I had no oil. Turned around and told them. We all laughed, and it was immediately fixed. For free, of course. It could have been a bad experience, but the employees turned it into a funny anecdote instead.
