Made more recommendations for services. Had to ask about something on print out and wanted this service. Had already used my 20 percent discount. So, lucky had another $15 dollar off coupon….person interacting with consumer needs more training on offering other services. They did not drain my oil from drain plug, they used an evac system….not sure that is the most effective way, since I told them I had added an engine cleaner to the oil.

The person that worked directly with me was amazing he was fast, informative, pleasant and professional. I didn’t particularly care for the employee that chose to smoke a cigarette near the bay entrance which cause the smoke to blow into my vehicle.
