Tae was very thorough in his explanation of processes that were needed for my vehicle. Very professional. He reset my oil light.
Delonte gave direction so my vehicle didn't fall in the pit. He showed me my oil stick after it was changed. He gave me direction after all was completed.
Lemonte, the service manager, visited my vehicle to make sure my services were taken care of.
I recommend LaPlata Valvoline to all my friends. We are always treated with professionalism & care for our vehicles.
