Small but big mistake. During checking my tire's air, my caps were not placed back on. I noticed something was wrong the next day when my tire pressure light turned out. Hopefully no debris gotten into the stem but the shop did not replace 3 of my caps upon service causing me to purchase more and my tire light to activate. The light has been illuminating off and on for days now. I would not recommend this location as I'm a loyal customer to Valvoline across the country.

Good morning, I arrived early being the third one in line. I was promptly greeted by the manager with an estimate of start time and a lovely smile. I was ushered in by 7:30 with two other drivers. I start work at 8:00 so this was terribly important to me. I was sold a new air filter when shown my old one and explained the necessity of the replacement and also sold a fuel line cleaner. One of this was pressure driven, but explained and I was able to accept or decline. The fluids and tire pressure were all checked all front he seat of my car. The service is most convenient. My coupon was honored and I was on the road in just under 25 minutes giving me enough time to get to work and clock in. My wallet was lighter, but the service impeccable and I am set for a while. I do miss the old 7:00 start time, but you make it work. Your staff is a well oiled machine...pun intended. Have a great one.
