I visted yesterday, day after Thanksgiving, and knew I needed full service because this was my first service since I purchased my truck (2020 Mitsubishi). The attendants were very kind and helpful. They explained what was being done and why. They could not do the standard engine cleaning because of how the truck engine is designed. He explained in detail and suggested I take to the dealership because they would have what is required to ensure other parts of the vehicle is not affected during the cleaning of the engine [FUEL INDUCTION CLEANING SERVICE RECOMENDED - SEE DEALER]. I got the full service and I appreciate their customer service skills. Both gentlemen were awesome. I was at service station 2. I hoped their names were on the invoice so I could include here. I did ask, but honestly I forgot but thank you both. Awesome job!
