By respecting my requests when I specifically asked not to open my air filter box and wiping used motor oil from crossmember and undercarriage which caused concern of a leak and stained my driveway. The services were performed timely, with the attendant explaining what they were doing during the process. I liked being in my car where I could see the work being done, except for the work going on underneath the vehicle (but I could see the car beside me), and they showed me my dirty air filters, the new oil level, and tested everything. Recommendations were made, discounts were offered, and I did not feel pressured to get all the work done. I was able to make decisions on what to do and what to wait on. My main contact was with Dave, who was an Assistant Manager, I believe. You could tell he was the go to guy and his coworkers were checking in with him on a myriad of issues with all the cars being serviced, but he never made me feel rushed to make a decision. Good first time experience.

I started using this location when I moved here and it was pleasant, I started using another location that was closer to my work and it has also been pleasant. When I was in the area I decided to go to this location and get my oil changed. The staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and asked me many times to repeat a process that wasnu2019t working to reset lights u201cthat werenu2019t onu201d I had a coupon for 20% off and the lady refused it because it was hand written on and expired coupon by my previous location with the managers name and phone number if anyone needed to verify because he let me know they were out of discount coupons at that site. She claimed she couldnu2019t help me unless I purchased an ac service that I didnu2019t need. I then asked for the manager whom applied the discount. The lady seemed racist because I was white. All she had to do was apply a coupon offer and refused to do so unless I bought another service. She was horrible and had no knowledge or customer service skills.
