The team members were more concerned with joking around with each other than providing the complete services that I have come to expect. First they did not check the air pressure in my tires. Second, they did not provide the sticker for my windshield telling me when my next service would be due. Third they did not reset my oil maintenance setting. This is the most incomplete service that I have received from Valvoline service centers.

They could have reattached the undercar shield that was attached in the middle of my vehicle. Instead, they did not tighten the screws enough and I drove 375 miles with it hanging on by the front two screws. I was unable to fix it myself because they were T30 screws, which the average motorist does not have access to. I did not incur any cost for the repair luckily to remove the shield but a new shield is required because of the damage. It would be helpful if Valvoline would post the cost. It would be nice to hear from management.
