Cabin filter is way overpriced for what looks like an incredibly cheap $5 filter. Staff didnu2019t know about the filter that was originally in there before replaced and convinced us to get a new one when we probably didnu2019t need it. Once we figured out, together, the type of filter previously in the cabin, they gave incorrect information about the direction of air flow through the filter; Leading me to believe they donu2019t fully comprehend how the cabin air filter properly functions. Very dissatisfied with the pricing for the quality of product we received. As well as the price of the oil sky rocketing, I donu2019t believe I have ever spent that much money at Valvoline before for just a simple change and new cabin filter. Wish there were other more convenient, reasonably priced places to go instead, because I wouldnu2019t be returning if there were. And Iu2019ll absolutely never purchase a cabin air filter from Valvoline ever again.

the team member named jordan was snarky and seemed to be irritated with me. Never a smile and would not talk directly to me causing me to ask her repeatedly what she was asking. Although she was very friendly and casual with the other employees when she walked away from me to talk to them. When pulling in with my full size truck it was tight and she made condescending remarks if I made a wrong move. It was overall a very unpleasant experience and I am not likely to ever visit this store again.
