Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great place to stop always received good service here for my multiple vehicles. I have only had one issue with this location in the past and the issue was resolved with the location directly, offering to replace the damaged part. Overall they really did right by me with honesty and accountability. Technician was inexperienced so the service took a long time, and when checking my cabin air filter for cleanliness he did not know how to disassemble the interior panels and broke an interior panel clip. When he decided that he would not figure it out he asked a more experienced technician for help. The experienced technician began to show the inexperienced technician how to do it the inexperienced technician walked away mid conversation, when he came back the experienced tech showed the inexperienced technician how to complete the work. The inexperienced tech checked the filter and produced it to me, I declined the replacement due to it being overpriced for me. I then proceeded to watch the inexperienced technician place the air filter in the wrong direction of air flow and close up the interior panels. If the tech is inexperienced there should be oversight by another technician. After I returned home I replaced the cabin air filter myself.
