The manager was doing well and it seemed like the staff member that was attending my services of my car was new and learning so they were more worried about doing their job on my car well then working COMPLETELY on their greetings but they were all still hospitable. Only thing they forgot to do was the air pressure but again the staff member seemed to be new and the manager was doing service on another car

This was the first time I had to ask for services, such as tire rotation - they said they're machine was broken. No reset of the maintenance service light. I felt rushed. They offered a filter for the inside air, but not one for the engine and no mention of it being almost $60. My usual guys were nowhere in sight. One signal light was out and I asked if they knew where I could go, and they said they didn't know. I'm just going to my dealer next - the almost $170 wasn't worth the service this time.
