I only wait for five minutes to receive service. I received friendly welcome and had pleasant interaction with the representative who greeted me. He told me the type of oil that I needed although he didn't 'necessarily explain why I was getting the "european oil change" versus the performance oil change. Got a friendly wave on the way out. Price seemed reasonable and I had a coupon. I would appreciate it if the price was explained up front insofar as what it included because that didn't happen. Other than that, I'd go again. It made getting an oil change a painless experience.

When i arrived i was directed to drive and park behind one car in lane 1 then i was asked to move to lane 3 to allow another car to get into my space. Once in lane 3 i had to wait almost 30 minutes to get service when the cars in lane 1 where is was at first got serviced and moved quickly. I was very disappointed that i had to move and my wait time was longer when i was told by a technician that i should never have moved to lane 3.
