DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went to this location yesterday to have the oil changed on my Genesis GV80, a vehicle that had been serviced there before. What happened was absolutely unacceptable. After they had already started the oil change and the technician was under the vehicle draining the oil, they suddenly stopped the process and told me that the person authorized to perform the oil change was not there. The oil had already been drained from my vehicle. They had also already charged my credit card for an oil change that had not even been completed. When I questioned this, they said they needed to add some oil but refused to refund the charge to my card. I left the location and drove approximately three miles up the road when my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over and checked the dipstickTHERE WAS NO OIL ON IT. NO OIL! Think about that: this business had started an oil change, drained the oil from my vehicle, and then apparently failed to put the proper amount of oil back in it. This is a basic part of performing an oil change, and the consequences could have been extremely serious if I had continued driving. Customer service later called and told me that the refund had been processed. As of this morning, the REFUND STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED. A manager also called and told me he would come to my location at 10:00 AM this morning to put oil in the vehicle. NEVER SHOWED UP. Now being told they cant send someone 20 mins away to put oil back in the vehicle. Then, this morning, I received another call saying they would send a tow truck. At this point, after everything that has happened, how am I supposed to trust anything they tell me? This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I switched from Jiffy Lube in Westminster to Valvoline, and I can honestly say that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Do yourself a favor and go about a half-mile down the road to Jiffy Lube. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else rather than coming to this location. UPDATE: The canned response, Valvoline Customer Service is here to help is farthest from the truth. 1 call from them and NOTHING is resolved or even headed in that direction. Let me be very clear: this is no longer about the cost of an oil change. This is about a potentially serious mechanical problem that occurred immediately after Valvoline began servicing my vehicle.

First time customer here and the service was quick, awesome, and really can’t beat the price. The guy who did my intake, the guy who did the oil change, and the manager were all super friendly and enthusiastic. There was also a lady on the team, it was cool seeing how fluid everyone Worked together. I will definitely be back.
