Got the oil change and they pointed out that my driver side parking brake didn’t work. Thinking it’d be a simple replacement, I said yes to getting a new one. Not only did they not actually have the replacement, the blinker now doesn’t work on that side due to their tinkering.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the supervisor Jeff was rude about it and when I gave them an opportunity to make it right, he shrugged and said call corporate. The tech working on the car, Kari, while polite, made excuses instead of taking responsibility. She did however offer 10 dollars off which won’t cover the cost of getting the blinker fixed but is better than nothing. Regardless, I will not be returning to this location or any other valvoline in the future.
