Usually when I go to the Ann Arbor Valvoline I am greeted by the same friendly gentleman and they show me the filter they replaced, tire pressure, etc. when I asked if they replaced the filter he said yes they do it from underneath and that is why I didn’t see them. Also I never saw them check my tires but when I asked they said they did. Obviously I was in my car and they didn’t. I believe I was there 15 minutes at the max.

Ask me about pressure for tires and at the end of service I went to reset settings and tech did not even do the air service on my tires he said to pull around and there was no way he was able to do it because there were lines for all bays so I just left.

The service recommendation that came up was for a fuel system cleaning. I described an issue I was having and the staff talked together to trouble shoot what it COULD be, and then used a machine to read the codes. They were super helpful, and I did not feel pressured at all. GREAT TEAM WORK at this session, thank you so much!As a single gal, it means SO MUCH that they listened, and understood what I was talking about. That's not true in all vehicle-related situations.
