My only complaint is the amount that I spent waiting to get into the bay. When I arrived, there was one car in the bay and another in front of me and I waited over an hour just to get in. When I asked the manager what was taking so long, he told me that the cars ahead of me were receiving tire rotations. The reason that I go to an "Instant" oil change is the convenience, I like to get in and get out. An oil change typically takes 15-20 minutes, so when I saw that there was (2) cars ahead of me and one was in progress, I thought I would be waiting about a half hour or so. It took about an hour and a half from the time that I arrived until I drove out. I've been coming to your facility for years and unfortunately, I'm never coming back because of the tire rotation policy.

They were short staff only had 2 people working took almost 1 hour to get my oil changed once I got into the service bay. One the one guy showed up at 9am you could hear the Manger yelling at him for being 1 hour late not professional! Made me very uncomfortable

The gentleman that took care of me was very knowledgeable and kind. He was the only one who knew how to get to my filter behind the glove box. With all the oil changes I have had, no one could figure out how to get to it without breaking it, so they had to skip it. The last time it had been changed was in 2012 12 years ago. Kudos to him. He also helped educate me on various services and what was needed and how often.
