My experience was amazing! The line was long so I was instantly not looking forward to it. Im a single mother and had my young son in the vehicle who wasnu2019t happy. I took him out so hang out with me in front and one of the employeeu2019s noticed he was upset and came and asked if he could have a popsicle, he went and got one for him and he cheered right up! Then once we finally got inside he was fussy sitting back in his seat, the other gentleman came to the window and entertained him during the service! I was blown away with how friendly everyone was

Usually a good experience, but this time not friendly barely spoke to me and never told me if they had to add any fluids was told I could not receive a transmission service because I dont have a dipstick I tried telling them I did have a dipstick wouldn't communicate with me just shipped me out the door. Been going for few years now. Manager was 0 help. My question would b why would your computer offer a service off my vin# and not b available?
