It was very evident to me that one or tow of the people working there knew what they were doing. the other 3 or 4 were walking around waiting to be told what to do. The thing i am most dissatisfied with is the time, i was the first car in line, it took roughly 20 minutes for me to brought in then roughly 50 minutes to an oil change. When i asked if they checked the tire pressure the person had to go around and ask everyone else if it got done. it was not, so he did it. Really. i have gone to this location many times for oil changes and i noticed this i did not recognize anyone. New staff not very good.

I love the Beverly Hills Valvoline. While I don’t enjoy the errand, the staff here is always professional and personable. Kyle in particular always remembers me, as he has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to service my Honda. Once he even had a conference call with Troy Honda to determine where my wheel locks had gone on my previously owned Pilot. I drive 20 minutes to this location, specifically because of the superior service.
