I didn't have a bad experience while at Valvoline, They were kind and efficient. However, Immediately after receiving an oil change, I noticed my car was not working as well. Well, a few months down the line come to find out I had 2 1/2 quarts of extra oil overflowing in my car, Spilling out all over the motor and other essential parts, Overfilling cavities where oil should not be. I also had the wrong filter for my car put in. And essentially getting my oil changed at Valvoline has caused extensive issues with my car. Do not go here. For the sake of your car and your bank account do not go to Valvoline.
