Been going to the valvoline oil change for a little while my wife has been going here even longer. I brought her new 2024 Jeep Compass limited to have a full service. Everything was going good. Apparently Marlon had a little issue with the trigger getting stuck when filling the oil. He was working on correcting the problem. I asked questions when I seen AJ. I was upset hearing it's over. AJ went into defense mode. Marlon came over and explained exactly what happened and apologized and owned up to it. He handled the situation very well and then Dave came over to help finish and verified the oil level. You got 5 stars because Marlon was good and owned up to his error and apologized and was trying to correct it and I reminded him to always keep the customer aware. Dave was good as well apologetic and listened to my concerns. Marlon is the reason for the 5 stars. Dave was good as well. AJ would have gotten you 1 star. Marlon keep up the great work and own up and correct the problem if it occurs. Dave keep up the right attitude. AJ gow and learn. Because of Marlon and Dave we will continue to come to Valvoline Oil Change in Burton. My wife was so thankful she insisted we bring Marlon a coffee.
