I went for an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery. I asked what percentage or was at and they didn't know. Retested and it said 0 and told me that their machine could be faulty and I could go down the street somewhere and they would test it for free because or was a liability for them. I pushed and said I've paid for a service and you told me a need a new battery so I want to make sure. The mgr came out finally and tested it and my battery was fine. I told him this is really bad business because if I had just paid the $250 to replace my battery and I didn't even need it then I would've wasted my money. He apologized but I was glad I didn't need a new battery! Always ask questions!
