Drake assisted me during my visit today asked for a courtesy check been a customer for Valvoline for 17 years never had such a horrible experience just told me I needed an oil change or add qts and refused to continue checking my car zero stars Drake also, not sure what was told to remove my trailer I’ve had a trailers be a issue before never had an issue, but no big deal on that one very unpleasant experience recently had a oil change he seen I was in the system and everything
