This was the BEST customer service experience I have had getting an oil change. Having never been to a Valvoline before the manager, Travis, walked me through how everything worked and answered any questions I had. Both Travis and the tech, (I believe named Cole), were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very detail oriented and made sure I understood the process and any options I had. Work was performed quickly but to a high standard. Moving forward I will only go to Valvoline for routine maintenance on my vehicles.BIG KUDOS to Travis, Cole, and the whole team at the Clarkston location!!!!

I have recommended this Valvoline location to several friends and family because I always receive excellent service here. Once I brought my car in for an oil change and they checked my oil and told me I didn't need an oil change for at least another 3,000 miles due to synthetic oil. Given the honesty in the past, I knew when a service was recommended on this visit, they were not trying to upsell. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, they apologized for the wait even though the wait time was completely appropriate for the service I received. The assistant manager who helped me was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood everything. I will be back and I will keep recommending this location to everyone!
