The manager should flat out be replaced. The other young man working there was doing fine, I was first in line so he was focused on my vehicle. TWICE the manager pulled him away from my car saying "Do me a favor and come here and do . . ." on the vehicle that had arrived after me. The manager then took over on my car, sort of. Thought he was almost done with me until I reminded him I needed air in my tires - pretty standard thing he should have been able to handle. Then he checked me out and I had to ask if he had filled my washer solvent, which he hadn't so he had to go do that or I probably would have been let go from the bay without it. If a manager cannot perform the basic jobs why are they a manager? The young man working under him was doing a much more thorough job. Won't be a repeat customer for sure!
