If I remember correctly, the gentleman’s name was Jake who helped me. He was very knowledgable and polite. I hate coming to get an oil change because I always feel hassled but not this day, he simply shared information and allowed me to make a choice. He was pleasant!

Everyone was very friendly. My only issue is they did not clear out my check oil alert. I even asked about it to the gentleman taking my info and money. He said it should clear, if not I can bring it back. This location is 25 minutes away, not convenient to go back for a check oil alert. I’ve been force to Google how to do it myself and it hasn’t worked

Staff was fine pricing is crazy , i’ve been going to the same location for 20 years and it recently just changed to Valvoline and it’s about 30% higher than what I was paying. The only thing that they do additional is check my blinkers and lights.

The technician stripped the nut on the drain plug. I waiting 1+ hours for the new plug to arrive. I was not told what happened for 30 minutes. I was told I would get a coupon for a free oil change or two. Haven't seen anything. Very, very disappointed. The price for the oil change is also ridiculous $99. I have many options for oil changes in my area.
