WHEN WAITING TO GET IN- IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A STAFF DIRECT ME TO WHAT BAY WILL OPEN NEXT. ALSO, MY OIL FILTER GOT STUCK IN THEIR TOOL AND ENDED UP BREAKING. THEY BANGED AROUND UNDER MY CAR FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES BEFORE LETTING ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. THEY HAD TO RUN TO A STORE AND GET A NEW PART. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HUSTLED TO GET A NEW PART AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT PART SO EVER THING CAME OUT FINE. I WISH THEY LET ME KNOW SOONER WHAT WAS GOING ON SINCE I COULD EASILY TELL THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH ALL THE BANGING, SWEARING AND CAR SHACKING.
