The crew there is always courteous and professional. I was going on a road trip so I thought Iu2019d get my oil changed early. The crew explained that because I get full synthetic that I still had nearly 2000 miles left. So I got a few other services needed and will come back soon for the oil change.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change for several reasons. First, the service was incredibly fast and efficient; I was in and out in less time than I expected, which was a huge plus given my busy schedule. The staff were also very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what they were doing and offering recommendations without being pushy. Was pretty hot that day. They did the best they could in the heat. Maybe install some ac units that way they could work more comfortably and keep both customers and themselves happy. In recent years i have seen big factories install ac for the whole plant. It can be done , and as global.warming increases temps it will have to be done to operate a business.

Inventory of certain items continues to be a problem. I have been a customer of your for a number of years with various cars. Routine items, oil filters and headlamp bulbs in the past have been issues. That appears to have been cleaned up and was probably covid related. However, most recently the service technician made a recommendation for a new serpintine belt, that I immediately agreed to, noting its importance and the number of miles. However, the belt for my vehicle was not in stock. The better approach would have been to make the recommendation after checking stock and advice me to put it on my list of to-dos.

Have had a number of oil changes done...never had an issue with covers underneath until visit to your location...after oil change, tech gave me the cover that was supposed to be replaced and told to take to the dealership to have it put back in place...also, when I drove away another plate on the bottom of my vehicle was banging on the ground and undercarrige of my vehicle...also when I looked underneath oil was everywhere and the filter looked like it wasn't securely tightened...terrible experience...
