well for starters they put 8 quarts of oil in my truck and then had to drain and refill which was still 1/2 quart over which I took care of myself this staff was overwhelmed and complained about food and breaks while I was in the building

Nothing was checked on the car. One employee sat in parking lot, smoking. Another opened the hood and then sat down. The third employee that I could see did write out a window sticker. NOTHING was checked. On my invoice, many thi9ngs were marked 'Checked-OK'. Items not checked - Tire Pressure, Brake fluid level, Power steering level, Battery, Windshield Wash Fluid Level, Coolant reservoir Level. The air filter was not pulled/checked. And, I was the only car in the service center.

The technician that did my oil change did not appear to know what he was doing. He and the senior? employee were constantly on their cell phones during oil change. Oil change took forever. After there was no explanation of what other service was recommended like filters. I came here because my regular oil change place was closed. They check the tire pressure, top off fluids and wash the windshield. Not this place. Now the clincher - awhile after I got home I discovered several oil spots on my driveway. Popped the hood and discovered oil all over my engine dripping down on my driveway. Contacted them the next day and they cleaned my car but my driveway is still a mess. I would like Valvoline to come and clean my driveway...but we know that ain't going to happen.

From my understanding, after calling the shop the next morning due to my check engine light being on, the service also wasn't performed correctly... I had to go to another Valvoline shop to get this problem corrected...
