The staff saw and pointed out to me a major malfunction with my vehicle; advised me to get it repaired right away. If it wasn't for the Valvoline staff, I'd probably be stranded on the side of the road somewhere. The staff is very knowledgeable in regards to vehicles.

When you get a oil change, you should get your oil bearings lubed. they did not have a fitting for a grand jeep cherokee 2015 to lube the wheelbarings.

I called before going to Valvoline to make sure they could change the oil on my BMW? The person told me yes they could and offered me 2 coupons worth $25. When I showed them to the manager when paying , I was told they would not accept both coupons and paid more then what I was quoted. The manager indicated the corporate narrative was not how individual locations managed their own business.
