Mickey and Evans at the MSU Campus location were extremely helpful and professional. This was my first time visiting Valvoline, and the whole experience was smooth, fast, and well organized. They clearly explained the services performed on my vehicle, answered my questions patiently, and made recommendations without being pushy. The oil change and filter replacements were completed efficiently, and the overall customer service was excellent. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and professionalism.
