Went in yesterday to get an oil change. Service went by smoothly. But after I left, I noticed a scratching noise every time I drove over a large dip in the road, so I checked the bottom of my car to see that the cover on the bottom was loose and coming off. Turns out they didn't even bother to screw the bottom on properly after changing my oil. Half of the screw things were missing. Second time this has happened at this location. First time, I thought it was just my car because I had previous issues with it. But now I know for sure it's the location because I went to the one in Southside lansing, no issues afterwards. Went to this one, had a problem twice. Don't waste your money or time here.
