There was enough staff to get me in and out in a timely manner without sacrificing quality of work. Only recommendation I could give is if the customer just wants an oil change and says that I wish the representative could say do you wish for any service recommendations and if customer says no then they don't go through the whole list reading every word but it's the role their management wants so I just let them give their speak and keep saying no thanks. That's the pressure the majority of customers hate about getting their oil changed.
