I came in yesterday for an oil change, this is the one I have gone to for a few years. The oil change was good and the service is always great. Before I left I could tell that the technician was having difficulty screwing something in under the car, after a while they seemed to get it, didn’t say anything to me about what they were doing and then told me I’m good to go. This morning, I started to drive to work and my skid plate began dragging along the highway, completely dislodged. I had to drive back home with it dragging along the road, likely causing damage to it.
