Give Mike a raise he was supper nice and kind with me and my wife. I accidentally droped my card down my door panel where the window sits. He was supper nice about it and offered to take my inner door panel off with me and help me get to my card and not just have it lost forever. Was definitely an amazing first time experience and would recommend there place to all my friends and family. Definitely coming back thank you Mike 💪🙏

That fabfindz got it all wrong. First of all he is probably leaving a review for the wrong store! I’ve never seen a guy named Jordan at this location. The manager is named Mike and him and most of his team are great. Mario and Kam are great and are very helpful. Eric is getting up there but is nice and friendly. Jade on the other hand talks to much and acts weird. Yes accidents happen but trying to give hate to someone who didn’t even cause issues to you in the first place is just plain rude

This location has truly disappointed even much so their corporate office is totally disregarded after Jordan at the location Adam the area manager gave them feedback. No one wants to take ownership for the damage of my vehicle. In addition to the inconvenience that I experienced However, if you arrive at the location and there is a long wait an hour or more, do yourself a favor and leave they are not going to take ownership if they damage your vehicle. I highly recommend you going to the dealership to get your oil change. it is not that much expensive than what the astronomical price of that Valvoline charges . .
