I've been coming here for 5 yrs and moved away 60 minutes and still drive all the way back because they are so amazing!! I always get a discount for being a teacher or grab a coupon from Google! Update: today was crazy but the guys are still wonderful as usual but the credit card machine wouldn't take credit just debit and I had to research Google for us to figure out what to do and that had never happened before because I don't use my debit card number. The manager said my card demanded for me to do such but I've never had that situation before. Funny thing I took a picture of the screen and Google said that I completely pay for my service and I should be all set I took two pictures a few minutes behind each other and it kept saying the same thing I paid my bill. Secondly, my hood has always had issues with people trying to open it since day one brand new off the lot, but today it kept saying "hood open" on the dash but clearly the hood isn't open so I don't know what that is all about because it never happened before and I don't know if it has something to do with the way they opened it which I doubt but he did try to screw something when he couldn't shut it quickly before I pulled off so I don't know but I'll still keep coming back because my car is older so things happen.

It was a nightmare. Trainees serviced my car. They never opened the plug and drain the old oil and overfilled with new oil. My car seized up 1/3 mile away and smoke poured out of the back of my car. I pulled over. Called Valvoline twice. Waited over an hour for someone to show up. And I missed a big birthday dinner because I could not make the reservation (I was being taken out ).
