Out of oil filters for my car - had to go purchase one in order to get my oil changed and then I wasn’t reimbursed for it. I had purchased a Groupon for the oil change but with me having to purchase the oil filter I paid full price for the oil change. When I called to report what happened I was told I couldn’t speak to the local manager and left on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a service agent who sent me a coupon in an email but it doesn’t say the value of the coupon.

Both bays were full when I pulled up. I was told how long the wait would be. The service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The oil change was completed in very good time. I did have an issue trying to use a 20% off coupon. The technician was not able to process it. He was able to give me $15 off, even though the discount should have been $25. Hopefully, the next 20% off coupon I use will work at this location.

Well after I selected the 5K mile $100 oil, I have no idea that's what I received because when the worker put the sticker in my truck window, it said my next oil change will be in 3K miles and/or 3 months. We also talked about the level of air/PSI I liked my tires to be, and when I left, checked the air levels on my dash and they NEVER put the air in my tires!! Lastly, I was going to get a new air filter too, but you were out of the type I need for my truck...which is a very common F-150 XLT. So overall a horrible experience! And the reason I tried Valvoline is thinking it may be cheaper than my dealership...NOPE, you're more expensive!! Awful!!
