I came here because I noticed my car was leaking some oil after just doing an oil change at home a week ago. I came with the impression I was going to be getting a whole new oil change because something got messed up at home. But nope! The crew went above and beyond to check all the necessities and make sure I didn’t have a major leak and turns out it was just the stupid oil dip stick not being fully secure. How dumb on my end. But so so thankful for these guys double checking everything! And not once did they try and sell me on a whole new oil change or anything else I didn’t actually need. They heard my concern, checked it out, gave me options on how to proceed (getting it cleaned up and come back if needed or just doing another whole oil change to be safe) and allowed me to choose. The guys were super nice and extremely respectful. AND! This was right before closing time. They didn’t rush me out, they took their time to give me the best service and they did. Gave me a coupon too! Which I will absolutely come back and use. Thanks guys!

First timer, Made the switch from another company to Valvoline in Fort Gratiot. I should’ve done this over a year ago when I first moved back to town! Jared was helping me get an oil change today, super informative and kind. The whole team works very hard, very friendly. Quick, fairly priced, and thorough. I dont normally write reviews unless I am wowed, so here I am. I will be handling all of my maintenance needs through this store from now on!
