Very disappointed in my first visit. Went in after work and got an oil change, had 8 guys working on my car yet I had to get towed back a couple hours later when my skid plate broke on the highway. Not only did they not compensate an oil change, tow, or my cancelation fee for my missed appointment, he explained that it’s because my car is old. I have had this car for three years and not a single issue with my skid plate until visiting this shop. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.
