I'm beyond exhausted of my experiences with this Valvoline location. We have gone to this location 3 times and have had an issue every single time. Safe to say we will never be going back. This location must love to lose every cap or screw to your vehicle. The first time we went we noticed later on they never put the engine oil filler cap back on after our oil change, we were told to buy one off amazon. The second time they never put the caps back on the tire values, and the screws are missing on the panel that covers the filters inside the car. The third time on a tire rotation the car was driving wobbly and got a flat tire.
