The guys were great in making sure that everything was taken care of and they also worked great as a team. I specifically asked their names so that I could shout them out! Greg, Aiden, Ethan, and Colin were very helpful! I think it was Ethan that was the manager that also looked into whether they could do an engine/transmission flush for me because my transmission is locked and a lot of the time I have to go to the dealership. And he did this knowing I would not likely be doing that service same day! I would be happy to go back!

I had my tires rotated at Valvoline my car was not making any noises ever all of a sudden my passenger rear tire makes a noise when I break going forward it does not make a noise when I'm breaking going backwards 2014 Honda CRV AWD. I filed a claim took time off work to go to the store two different times the manager is never there when you call the store you cannot reach anyone it goes to a 1-800 number I called to check up on my claim they told me my claim was closed out by the store on East Beltline near 28th Street and that they said that they looked at my vehicle and nothing was related to the tire rotation all lies they never looked at my vehicle. I asked if they could send me the notes saying this information they told me I would have to subpoena them also my car has never made any sounds until I got the tire changed so it makes this weird sound my driver side rear tire only when I'm going forward and breaking when I'm going backwards and breaking it doesn't make the sound I cannot get in touch with anyone at the store
