I had my tires rotated at Valvoline my car was not making any noises ever all of a sudden my passenger rear tire makes a noise when I break going forward it does not make a noise when I'm breaking going backwards 2014 Honda CRV AWD.
I filed a claim I went up to the store two times to talk to a manager both times and manager was not there you're unable to call the store directly it always goes to a 1-800 number I called to check up on my claim they told me that the claim was closed and that the store said that they looked at my vehicle and nothing was related to the tire rotation this is all a lie they have never looked at my vehicle I have not been able to get in a manager or anything the 1-800 number told me that if I wanted to have record of my claim and record of what they said I would have to subpoena them
