Just had a terrible experience here unfortunately. What should be a 20 minute oil change took over an hour. The young man work broke the oil filter cap while trying to remove the filter from it. I then watched him try to install the broke filter cap back onto the car, which it wouldnt seat properly since it was broken. After seal of the staff fiddled with the broken cap to see if they could get it to hold together well enough to shove back on the car, they finally came and talked to me saying the piece just "exploded" when they took it off. No they pulled the filter out incorrect breaking the piece that holds the oild filter in place. They ended up running to the store to get a new cap and began to compete the oil change and while filling up my car, the same young man dropped the funnel spilling oil all over my engine bay. Took a few seconds to wipe with a paper towel and then I was finally able to leave. My cars engine bay is now an absolute mess and smoke while being driven due to the burning oil. If you dont know what your doing on a car, just turn the job down instead of doing a hack job like this.

It was ok, they got the job done it’s Just not what Valvoline use to be. The employees don’t have the communication with the customers like before, they say bare minimum to the customers. I use to pull up and they knew who I was just by the vehicle. They would remember the conversation that we had last time. Obviously I don’t expect anyone to remember the conversations, it’s just sad that so many businesses lack the customer service, small talk like before.
These guys where nice and got the job done and that’s what I’m there for it just isn’t the same experience.
