Store has had a broken sprinkler head out front for over 3 weeks flooding across Plainfield and cars get hit with a heavy stream of water which could end up damaging someone’s vehicle, some people spend alot of time and $ cleaning and maintaining their vehicles just to have it all wasted to drive through a flooded road because of negligent management and owners. Cant fix a simple sprinkler dont think i would let them anywhere near a vehicle. Also no easy way to talk to someone on the phone with all the ai automated junk so willing to take a negative review down once the issue is fixed:)

The workers that did my oil change seemed very unenthusiastic compared to the service I normally get at valvoline. They also did not check my tire pressures like they're supposed to and did not fill any of my other fluids (windshield wiper fluid, etc).
