I have been a customer for many years and have had 3 vehicles in for services over the years and have always been happy!! This time the techs were not very friendly and rather short. I was told that they won't change the oil in my truck because I have a small oil leak. Now I have been going here with the same truck and same leak for a couple years now and no issues with getting oil changed. I said it has been going on and it's been changed here without issue. The kid told me they don't do vehicles with any kind of leak. Are you kidding me!! How many vehicles don't have a leak of some sort any given time, not to mention mine has been serviced before with the same leak which I always bring a bottle of oil stop leak to have added. Unfortunately for them they also lost out on extra service of tire rotation at the same time.
I also heard the guys trying to get the 2 cars next in line to go across the street to have their service done, stating that it would be at least 45 minutes before they would be brought in. I call BS as the car next to me was almost done and they had already told me they won't work on mine.
VERY DISAPPOINTED and Frustrated!!
As I said, I have always been happy with service and the techs knowledge and friendliness UNTIL I had this crew of techs!!! 😡
