Brought my wifes car in. they almost forgot to put the dipstick back in. I had to remind them. what else did they forget? Be careful. they will try to sell your car to you while your sitting there. they ask you about every component. tell you they are all bad and that they all need to be replace. infact, they are fine. I have been working on cars for 38 years. I KNOW what these things are suppose to be. they are telling me its bad when I know better. some one who doesnt? say no. ask a friend who knows and get the parts your self for 1/2 the price.

I LOVE BERNIE! He is extremely patient and kind. For some reason when I get my oil changed, my brain shuts down and I can no longer function. Suddenly I hear Bernie's patient voice saying "no... no... the other pedal is the brake...that one...yep...there you go ..." Later in the process a nice young guy was struggling with my windshield wipers as everyone does. There is something extra tricky about my windshield wipers. They stump everyone who works on my car. Regardless, Bernie to the rescue, finds the perfect tool and takes care of the whole situation. Valvoline always takes good care of me. Thank you Valvoline and thank you Bernie!
