An entire piece was left off of my vehicle along with the hardware. Noticed it later when I heard a dragging sound. Contacted the service center and they said they had found the part and all of my hardware down in the bay. I have a hard time understanding how this was forgotten. The manager did send someone to my home to fix this but itu2019s concerning for future visits.
