Instead of stay in your car, get a complete oil change in 15 minutes, how about, spend 45 minutes watching techs try to change a wiper blade while the remaining staff parks you in tightly so you cannot escape. Asked the person behind me to back up, and ultimately left after close to an hour with no communication from staff.

Went there last week for a coolant flush, I was charged $130.00. I observed that the system wasn't flushed but that fluid was sucked out and then replaced.
When I questioned this, I was told that per corporate policy that's the procedure now... Well that is NOT a flush and at 130.00 is a total Rip Off!!
I also asked to have my oil topped off as it was 1/2 qt low, was told that would be $8.00 for a quart as Corporate does not allow top offs!
I have been going to this location for year's with 3 - 4 vehicles. But NO MORE - I will be going elsewhere! Send that to Corporate!
