No problem with service, but I have skid plate under my car and they did put it on right again. so, I had to go back cause the bolts came off. Last year I had the same thing happen and it ruined my plate and you had to order me a new one and they put it on. Then it almost happened again cause I was going down the highway and I could hear a noise under my vehicle and I knew what it was. It happened a 4 hours after I got m oil change. I will keep come back, but they need to make sure my plate gets put on right before I leave the place

My brake fluid was not checked,on my receipt it said checked-ok .and I got home and let my truck cool down I went to check my brake fluid and it was empty ,bone dry.i called and mentioned it wasn't checked and staff stated they don't top off brake fluid or transmission fluid .told me to come back so they can see and I didn't return because I am upset and would like a refund

After the service and the recommendations, they were reattaching my skid plate with the brand new inserts and bolts that were Ford company issued and installed by your team the previous visit. **(I purchased and replaced them all per notes from the prior visit). I heard some grinding and stripping sounds from under the car while they were attaching the skid plate. Asking about the issue under the car they said that they were having trouble with one of the bolts or inserts. The attendant that was talking to me, the most tried to retrieve a manager for me regarding this issue, but failed. I’m not sure what the underside of my car looks like right now, but I am assuming they managed to remedy the problem correctly. Especially since the same team and establishment installed All of the new inserts and the new bolts on the previous visit and no one else has done work on the skid plate whatsoever. Thanks.
