I had been going to this location for over 15 years. And the last three incidents were the reason for this review. Not great. Not sure if the staff changed, attitudes changed, or what happened, but three bad situations, excessive waits, a rude customer service rep the last two times, and the very last time, waiting while a truck pulled in, got his oil changed, things taken care of, and I was pushed behind the other bay. The first bay had another car go through, I'm still waiting, and 15 minutes later, the customer service clerk tells me "It's gonna be a bit. Don't get mad at me. But you're gonna have to wait" - In the process, yet another car went through and had the full service done, with no explanation to me whatsoever. Not a word. I won't go back. I'll find another location. I absolutely refuse to go to a business that is rude, unprofessional, and offers no explanation for extensive waits. The "15 minute" thing? Gone. It doesn't exist at this location. Don't go unless you have a lot of time to sit and wait.
