My son had an oil change here on November 7 for his 2019 Honda Accord. One month later, the under-engine splash shield detached while parking over a standard concrete wheel stop. This shield must be removed during an oil change on this vehicle.
We are now in Florida and had to fully remove the remaining shield just to drive safely. Valvoline refused to review photos, refused to explain their policy, and declined the claim solely because more than 30 days had passed and the car had been driven out of state.
No bumper damage occurred. This was not a collision. A properly reinstalled splash shield should not detach under normal parking conditions.
I would strongly caution Honda owners to verify that all clips and fasteners are replaced and secured before leaving this location.
I also do NOT recommend Valvoline as a company. Do not trust them with your car, especially for the price they charge.

They leave my pan full of oil. Got all over my driveway. Happen with my husband's car also. Do not waste your money here. High prices. Low quality
