They could not tell me what type of oil was used the last time I was there. It would be nice to know sine I was offered three different types of oil to choose from and would like to ensure the same type is used every time, of course I have no memory :)

By tightening the screws on the engine guard or splash plate. It came off on the right side on my trip to Pennsylvania the following day. It was nearly dragging on the ground. The mechanic who replaced it said it was u201cshoddy work.u201d He said your worker probably got distracted and didnu2019t finish securing the screws. Also, I did not receive a window sticker. I saved $15 with a coupon but paid almost triple that to correct valvolineu2019s mistake. ud83dude24
