I was asked if I wanted the compartment air filter changed, it was behind my glove box, when I was shown the air filter it was nasty and dirty, I was so happy to have it replaced. Everything was explained to me in a manner inwhich I could understand. I was thanked for my service for serving in the US Army and given a military discount. I appreciate how careful they are when taking care of the vehicle. Little details mean a lot, like them taking a rag and wiping off fingerprints. Also, I am a teacher and one of the men had a haircut that was a neat mohawk and mohawk was a word I teach my students and the man so very nicely allowed me to take his picture to show my students. :)
