Smeared oil all over fenders, headlights, and under the hood. Gave me an oil filter that looks used. Slopped oil while removing the old filter and I'm still cleaning up drips from my garage floor 3 days after the oil change. Service person/write-up man was disrespectful calling me "Boss" during our interaction. The workers appeared to be novices who didn't know exactly what they were doing so I'm watching my gauges and checking my fluid levels myself until I'm sure the car is roadworthy. The prices are high ($113 + tax) for a simple synthetic oil change. The local Chevy dealership only charges $108 + tax and you get a tire rotation and free car wash to go with it.
