There is no access point to this business, without passing a flock camera. Will no longer visit here until the cameras are removed.

The technicians lied on my receipt. I asked for my windshield washer fluid to be topped up (should have been included anyway) and they told me they were out, yet they put that it was checked and ok. My car has been telling me that I need to add more, that definitely doesn't mean it's ok. If they lied on that, I don't even know if they checked my other fluid levels. The receipt also says they reset my oil service indicator light - they did not. I had to do that later. Not sure they tested my tire pressure either. Every other time I've been to Valvoline or another instant oil change service station, the technician went through my lights/indicators to make sure everything was working. Nobody checked this time. I paid for full service and received a fraction of what I should have. This location is within minutes of my house, but I'll likely go elsewhere from now on if this is the kind of service I can expect.
