I have been going to Valvoline since I was 18, and I must say this is the absolute best visit I have ever had at ANY mechanics or car place. I am not a car guy, I just don't get it, so I highly value when people who do talk me through it in a way I understand. It wasn't even just the crew that worked on my vehicle, the entire shop was so friendly and you could see it from anywhere. Christian, Sarah, Jeremy, and Sarah's wonderful trainee all did an amazing job. My experience and time were not hindered by the fact someone was in training, if anything it went faster having another capable and caring person working on the vehicle. Thanks so much to the crew for doing such an awesome job!
