6 miles after getting oil changed and tires rotated, oil filter broke and I received an error message “oil pressure low, PSI 2” and had to come back. Staff made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal and replaced filter and oil. Woke up the next morning with oil ALL over my driveway. Had to go back for a 3rd time and staff told me “we forgot to wipe down the bottom of your car, we did a leak check and everything looks good”. Still unsure if my vehicle is ok or not.

When service was completed and I was pulling out of the shop one of the employees noticed a trail of oil coming from my truck. Only one employee came out to help me find out where the oil was coming from and help me clean up the oil on my truck and the tighten the oil filter so it stopped leaking . The oil filter was not completely tight and the employee who took off the oil plug and filter did not clean up the old oil that was still on the funnel pan underneath the motor. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Very thorough and thoughtful. Pleasant and polite too. He was training a woman and was patient with her as she was doing some of the service. When she asked him a question he showed her what to do and then watched her do it. He also checked her work which made me comfortable.
