I use this location most of the time. I am usually pleased with the service. But this time, Joseph was there! He is great! He listens well, he is fully aware of his surroundings, and he is efficient. Every time another car or two pulled up, he got to work with a personable smile and welcome He directed traffic and made sure first in first out protocol was followed, while keeping everyone safe. His attention to detail was spot on. He was able to help multiple ways the entire visit and never missed a beat. He is an exceptional employee and team member! I hope you guys keep him. If I was in your industry, I would want him working for me.
