I'm not sure who the manager was, however Sarah and Christian were very professional and meticulous in their job. They make a great team. Communication at this Valvoline was excellent amongst the employees ( between Sarah, Christian and new hires ) and between upper and lower workers. They were very helpful to each other, and created an environment of welcome and calm. Specific questions about my vehicle were answered professionally and with good knowledge of additional services and their effects on my vehicle. This is not my first instant oil change experience, but it is my first at this location and is the best I've had so far. This was going to be the last time I ever went to a Valvoline oil change because other experiences left me feeling uncertain about the quality of work. However, I will not be taking my car to a regular shop for oil changes as I had planned, I will be open to Valvoline instant oil changes in the future and continue to utilize a services at the 44th and Eastern location. I thank Sarah, Christian, and the rest of the team for their professionalism, smiles, "Happy to help" comments, and general willingness to serve.
