1.0 out of 5.0

Waited in line with 2 cars ahead of me for over an hour and a half before I got into the bay. After 45 mins I wanted to leave but couldn't because of the traffic from the car wash. They apologized for the delay and then took about 45 mins to complete my oil change. Do better, it shouldn't take that long to do an oil change at a place that primarily only does oil changes.
