I had to wait quite a while to get serviced. When my visit began it was very rushed. Oil change was completed, however no inspection was done without prompting from myself. I'm writing this for 16 year old daughter who is with me. We sent her for her first solo oil change and told her to get pricing up front. They told her it would be $100, she was shocked because we told her it shoudl be much less, but went forward and was then charged $124.78. This depleted her account. I called after to inquire on the cost of an oil change and was told right up front it would require 2 extra quarts of oil so it would be $117. I feel like your employees should do better when dealing with young kids. Not take advantage. Obviously cost is a huge factor for teens with limited funds. Also, They didn't check anything other than Coolant, brake fluid, steering fluid and battery. Also says they reset oil service indicator, which they did not. There was no lineup, no other customers, they should have done all these things.
