The lady manager took my wife's radiator cap off when the vehicle was hot and broke it, fluid spewed out and covered the engine. They put the broken cap back on and said they won't do the oil change until she goes to an auto shop and gets it fix. I had to contact corporate for her to make it right. when I drove up there the next day she said 20% off an oil change was the best she could do refusing to fix the cap if I could give a negative star rating it would be -5

I went to another quick oil change place in saline recently for work car, stopped here Sunday at 11 and definitely a completely different experience, 5 star experience
